The historic Jonathan Lowder house in downtown Castine, Maine, offers four bedrooms, three baths, full kitchen, dining room, and laundry. Rates are monthly, weekly, and nightly (three-day minimum).

 

 

We accept MC, Visa, Discover, e-checks, and personal checks.

Payments can be made directly and conveniently online through PayPal.

Nightly rates

$325/night (Sun-Thurs)

$425/night (Fri-Sat)

*20% discount for stays of seven days or more

  • $750 refundable security deposit

  • ​No pets/no smoking

  • 50% deposit at time of booking, balance due one week before arrival

  • Full refund for cancellations made 60 days in advance

  • $180 cleaning fee

  • Rentals subjects to 9% Maine sales tax
